My Review of Liquid Eyeliner

Originally submitted at EyesLipsFace.com

No more tugging or pulling on your eyelids with this easy glide liquid eyeliner. The smudge-proof liner is rich in color, creating a long lasting defined look. The fine tip brush creates easy and precise definition for natural or dramatic effects.

Love it!

5out of 5

Pros: Bold Color, Easy Removal, Glides On Smoothly, Easy To Apply, Doesn't Run

Cons: Leaves a crusty look, Colors seperate

Best Uses: Thicker Line, Everyday

Describe Yourself: Trendy Style

I love this product! I have it in silver and it's great! a lot of people say that it's hard to apply, but I completely disagree. Most of the tip is hard, but the very tip, about a centimeter of it is a brush so you have tons of control. The only thing I don't like about it is; (1) Due to the brush, the eyeliner easily gets on your eyelashes during application. (2) By the end of the day, the eyeliner has separated leaving a kinda crusty look. Like it's all broken up.

I will continue to recommend this to friends as I have been doing.

Tip # 004: Treat yourself to a facial.

Every girl needs a facial once in a while. You can try facials bought at the supermarket or drugstore. You can try products such as Lush's Facial Cleanser or Clean and Clear's In Shower Facial (Review Coming Soon!) or Olay's Purifying Mud Lathering Cleanser. Treat yourself to a relaxing day. You need it and so does your face. Also try facial masks. You can find some at your drugstore, or you can make your own! About.com has a segment on Homemade Face Masks. I haven't tried them out, but I will soon! Click here for the recipe.

Update: Eyelashes

Hey guys! If you read my post on Vaseline and it's many uses, you'll know that I said I would try out putting Vaseline on my eyelashes for a few weeks, and see if it really truley does make them grow. So it's my fourth night and I'm proud to say that I have actually seen a difference in my lashes. I'm so excited! You definatly need to try it out! Like I said, I've only been using it for a few nights and I really see a difference. I'm really excited to see the change over the next few weeks. And look out for some more blogs about this. If you want to see some pictures, I have a before one, so after a few weeks, I'll take an after picture and post them up here. You decide if you see a difference. Maybe it's all in my head! Okay, that would really suck haha. I look forward to hearing from you guys and make sure to comment!
Happy New Year!

Tip # 002: Vaseline and it's many uses...

Over the years, I have discovered the many different uses of Vaseline. Some include:
-Vaseline as a makeup remover (that's actually all that I use, it works great!)
-Vaseline as a chapstick. It gives it a gloss and makes them feel replenished.
-Some say putting it on your lashes over night for several nights makes your lashes grow. I don't know about this one, but I'm going to try it, I'll do a blog if I do or don't notice a difference after using it on my lashes for two weeks. how bout that?
-Dry skin/lotion.
There's tons more!
I hope this helped in some way!

Look Of The Week: December 14

To create this look, I used ELF's brightening eye pallet in Brownstone and Koles' Flirt! Look of love eye pencil. Comment!

Tip # 001: Eyeshadow as Eyeliner...

I've recently discovered, after trying many types of eyeliner (Liquid, pen, and pencil) that my most favorite, is simply using eyeshadow as liner. How you ask?
All you have to do is:
First put a highlight color all over your lid and under your brow bone (I used the white color in the Nouveau Neutrals by ELF)
Load your eyeliner brush (similar to the one shown in the picture) up with any color eyeshadow you want (In this picture, I'm wearing the pink in the Brightening Eye Color Luxe pallet by ELF)
Next spritz your eyeliner brush with a little bit of water (I just use an old spray bottle with water.) Hold the brush in one hand and hold the spray bottle at about elbow's length away. Then flip the brush to the other side and spray again.
Simply apply to your eyelid. It's super easy and you can use any color you want!
It's great for beginers who still have that shaky hand. Good Luck and I hope you like it! Tell me what you think...
and, as always Comment!

E.L.F Purple Look

Here's my ELF Purple look, you can't really see the purple, but I used three out of the four colors in the Silver Lining Pallet (Brightening Eye color) Kohls' Flirt! Look of love eye pencil. and that's it. tell me what you think!

E.L.F Christmas Look

I used E.L.F's Brightening Eye Color in Luxe (The pink shade and the light shade)
I used E.L.F's Blending Eye Brush
I used Kohls's Flirt! Look of love eye pencil for the bottom and
I used E.L.F's Waterproof eyeliner pen.

Winter Look Using E.L.F Products.

This is my winter sparkle look. I used all E.L.F products except for the mascara which was Cover Girl's Exact Eyelights.
I used E.L.F's Brightening Eye Color In Silver Lining (The second lightest color)
I also used E.L.F's Liquid Eyeliner in Silver
and Lastly,
For the sparkles under my brow bone, I used E.L.F's Duo Creme Shadow in Coffee & Cream (The whiter one of the two colors)

Oh, and the eyeliner underneath, I used a non-E.L.F. product, it's an Eyeliner from Kholes stores. It's called "Flirt! Look of love eye pencil" In "Licorice Delight"

Update: I got new E.L.F products!

I'm so excited about these! I haven't used them all. I got about 23 items. I'm so so excited! I'll try to start using my new makeup in the Look of The Day and my other blogs! I'm so excited! You should definatly order from them. My order came in a fashionable manor.

Just to let you know, I am not affiliated with this company and I bought all of the E.L.F items myself. I am not being compensated for this blog and this is my 100 percent honest opinion.
